Community responsibility is a core value of Abraham Lincoln Memorial
Hospital. For the past several years, the ALMH Employee Activity
Committee has conducted a Thanksgiving basket drive to collect items
that will help local families in need during the Thanksgiving holiday.
The baskets include every item necessary to prepare a family’s
Thanksgiving feast.

ALMH announced Tuesday that 14 baskets were delivered by ALMH
employees to the Lincoln/Logan Food Pantry as a result of this
year’s drive. The “Great Place That Gives” campaign was considered a
success. ALMH plans to repeat the event in the future.
“We have an excellent team at Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital. The
staff is very generous.
The tradition of ALMH departments gathering items for a Thanksgiving
meal is our most recent effort to enrich the quality of life in our
community,” said Dolan Dalpoas, President and CEO of Abraham Lincoln
Memorial Hospital.
