LINCOLN
During the month of November, Amy Hyde from the U of I Extension and
Ag in the Classroom, is teaching Logan County students (Kindergarten
- 5th grade) about Turkey farms!
Pictured is Miss Murley's 5th grade class at Northwest School
working together to solve their Breakout EDU boxes. This activity is
a game with a series of puzzles that students must solve to unlock
various locks on a box to reach whatever is placed inside the box.
It teaches the students to how to solve puzzles, work in a team,
make connections and think outside the box.
