							Gerald D. Milner Sr., 75, of Mount 
							Pulaski passed away at 9:40 a.m. Sunday November 18, 
							2018 at Memorial Medical Center in Springfield.
 Gerald was born on September 26, 1943 in Springfield 
							to John M and Ruth Mae Evans Milner. He married Joan 
							Kessel on February 21, 1969 in Springfield. She 
							survives.
 
 Also surviving are five children, Bill (Janeen) 
							Milner of Forsyth, MO, Tammy Miller of Springfield 
							Gerald “Donnie” (Dina) Milner Jr. of New Baden, 
							Bobbie (Daryl) Taylor of Mount Pulaski, Shellie (Coltin) 
							Wood of Fancy Prairie; two brothers, Charles “Chuck” 
							(Dottie) Milner of Springfield and Lon (Sheila) 
							Milner of Plano, TX; ten grandchildren, Jodi (Brian) 
							Chaney of Taneyville, MO, Austin Miller of 
							Kirksville, MO, Kirstin Hohl of Springfield, Summer 
							VanCleve of Florida, Chase (Shelby Young) Bailey of 
							Mount Pulaski, Samuel Bailey of Beason, Jacob (Dana) 
							Taylor of Latham, Ethan (Shelbi) Taylor of Macomb, 
							Kailea Wood of Fancy Prairie, and Dillon Wood of 
							Fancy Prairie. He is also survived by four great 
							grandchildren, Presley and Paisley Chaney, Parker 
							Bailey and Darci Taylor.

							Gerald was a truck driver and farmer 
							and retired from ADM in Decatur. He was a member of 
							the Logan County Sheriff Auxiliary and the Lake Fork 
							Community Center. He enjoyed spending time with his 
							grandchildren, NASCAR, camping and his dog Missy. He 
							also collected John Deere tractors and loved going 
							to auctions. 
 Funeral Services will be at 1:00 p.m. Friday 
							November 23, 2018 at Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral 
							Home in Mount Pulaski with Pastor David Hutton 
							officiating. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. to 1 
							p.m. prior to services. Burial will follow at Walnut 
							Hill Cemetery, rural Williamsville.
 
 Memorials may be made to the Mount Pulaski EMS, Lake 
							Fork Community Center, or to the family.
