Logan County Board of Realtors Third Quarter Report

[October 12, 2018]  The third quarter of 2018 saw homes sales increase slightly compared to 2017 for the same period.

REALTORS in the Logan Board of REALTORS® sold 98 homes in the third quarter of 2017, three more than the 95 sold during the same period in 2017.

The average selling price for homes in the 2018 period was $105,495, up from $98,834 in 2017. Median prices were up as well, $90,795 compared to $88,000.

The length of time that the average home was on the market was shorter with the average "Days on Market" in 2018 109 days. This was twenty one days shorter that the same period in 2017.
