Obituary
Willie O. Simpson, 88, of Lincoln
passed away on Sunday, October 14, 2018 at his home.
Cremation rites have been accorded and no services
are scheduled.
Burial will be at a later date at Zion Cemetery.
Williie Otisco Simpson was born March 19, 1930 in
Lincoln the son of Willie Charles and Martha Alice
Payton Simpson. He was united in marriage to Phyllis
Ann Wenigarz on September 1, 1956. She preceded him
in death on December 17, 2017.
Surviving Willie are his children: Alice (Hank)
Barr, Patty (Mike) O’Neill, Greg Simpson, Craig
Allen (Tammy) Simpson, Linda (Virgil Bell) Brawdy.
One brother: Nate Simpson, one sister: Florence
McCawlly.
Seven grandchildren and Several great
grandchildren. |
He is preceded in death by his wife, three brothers
and one grandson.
Willie retired from Pittsburgh Plate Glass as a maintenance man.
He was an avid bowler for many years.
He served in the United States Army.
Memorials may be made to his family.
