MPHS Trick or Treat for canned goods rescheduled to Sunday

LINCOLN 

The Mount Pulaski High School Student Council will be postponing the annual Trick or Treat for Canned Goods food drive typically held on Halloween to Sunday, November 4th.

The event is being postponed so that students may go support the high school volleyball team as they play for the sectional title in Jacksonville this evening.

The door-to-door food drive will take place instead on Sunday starting at 4 p.m.  Students will visit the communities of Mount Pulaski, Elkhart, and Chestnut collecting non-perishable food products for local food pantries.
