2018 street resurfacing projects begin Monday in Lincoln

Beginning September 17, 2018 weather permitting crews will start this year’s Oil and Chip resurfacing project. Starting Monday the cities contractor will begin scarifying various streets through out town.

The oil and chip portion should begin the week of September 24th. If you have to travel in these areas please be aware of and obey Traffic Control and No Parking signs.

In a separate project beginning Tuesday September 18th, at 8:00 a.m. the City of Lincoln in cooperation with the Logan Co. Highway Department and West Lincoln Township, will be Oil and Chipping Maridale St, Memorial Park Rd. and a portion of Connolley Rd.

Every attempt will be made to keep one lane open to traffic at all times but there may be delays.
