VOTE BY MAIL FOR THE GENERAL ELECTION NOVEMBER 6, 2018

Registered voters may now make application to Vote by Mail for the
November 6, 2018 General Election. Students, out of county workers,
or those simply desiring to vote in the privacy of their home, can
conveniently obtain an Application to Vote by Mail by contacting the
Office of the County Clerk in person or by telephone, or accessing
the form on the County Clerk’s website at www.logancountyil.gov
under Election Information. Mail applications will be received by
the County Clerk until November 1, 2018. No ballots may be sent by
mail after that date as provided by law. No excuse is needed to vote
by mail. Ballots will be available for mailing by the County Clerk
to verified applicants on September 27, 2018. The last day a ballot
may be postmarked for return by mail to the Office of the County
Clerk is Election Day, November 6, 2018. Vote by Mail is a
convenient, relaxed way to vote; no travel to the polls is required,
nor is there a waiting line to cast a ballot.

Logan County Clerk Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
The Office of the County Clerk will be closed on Election Day, Tuesday, November
6, 2018 for all services other than Election related. Any questions concerning
