Lincoln Police Department

  • Tonya L. Estes, 32 of Lincoln, arrested April 4 at 9:23 p.m. at the intersection of North Jefferson Street and 13th Street on charges of driving under the influence and obstructing a Peace Officer.

San Jose Police

  • Joshua Ramirez, 34, of Bourbonnais, arrested April 4 at 9:43 a.m. at the intersection of Main Street and 4th Street, San Jose, on charge of driving with a suspended license.
