“I applaud the Trump Administration for recognizing the great social service
work that CAPCIL provides across central Illinois. Not only will this grant
build upon the current initiatives CAPCIL is executing within our communities by
helping empower individuals and families with low income, but it will also help
jumpstart new innovative strategies to implement poverty-fighting resources,”
stated Rep. LaHood.
