Obituary
Margaret L. O'Connell, 64, of
Lincoln, passed away at Abraham Lincoln Memorial
Hospital on Monday, April 8, 2019, at 8:19 a.m.
A Celebration of her Life will be held on Tuesday,
April 16, 2019, at 5:00 p.m. at the Open Arms
Christian Fellowship in Lincoln. Pastor Larry
Crawford will officiate.
Margaret Louise Karper was born June 25, 1954, in
Chicago, the daughter of Robert F. and Louise R.
Shumard Karper.
She is survived by her two sons, Robert O'Connell
and Michael O'Connell; one daughter, Kathy
O'Connell; seven grandchildren : Brandon O'Connell,
Kelsey O'Connell, Mathew O'Connell, Katelyn
O'Connell, Blake O'Connell, Hunter O'Connell,
Harvick O'Connell; two great-grandchildren:
Breighlynn Gill, Benton Gill; two brothers: Martin
Karper and Robert Karper; and two sisters: Christine
Karper and Jennifer Karper. |
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Margaret retired from the St. Gobain Bottle Factory in 2010.
Memorials may be made to Gift of Hope Organ & Tissue Donor Network.
Final arrangements are entrusted with Peasley Funeral Home of
Lincoln.
