Atlanta tourist attractions and shops now open for 2019 season
 

[April 17, 2019]   The Arch Street Artisans Shop and the Rt. 66 Memories Museum & Shop in downtown Atlanta are open for the 2019 tourist season. Hours are Monday-Saturday 9:30 am - 4:30 pm and Sundays Noon-4:30 pm.

The Artisans shop has many new items available. The Rt. 66 Memories Museum & Shop is a fun place to stop and see all the nostalgic and quirky displays. Gifts and mementos are available at each location. Both shops showcase Route 66 and the history associated with the iconic Mother Road!

The Atlanta Betterment Fund opened the Arch Street Artisans shop in July 2011 and has worked with area artisans to develop and expand it.

As a result, the the Rt. 66 Memories Museum & Shop opened in 2016.

Both places provide a unique and fun shopping experience for local residents, as well as visitors to Atlanta traveling Route 66.

Everyone is invited to stop by, meet the folks at both locations, and see all they have to offer. Arch Street Artisans is located at 101 SW Arch Street and the Rt. 66 Memories Museum & Shop is at 104 SW Arch Street in Historic Downtown Atlanta.
