Darren Jacob named Mount Pulaski Senior of the Month for April

 

[April 24, 2019] 

Darren Jacob, son of Robert and Dorinda Jacob of Mount Pulaski, has been named April Senior of the month at Mount Pulaski High School. He was selected for this honor based on the criteria of scholarship, leadership, service, and character.

Darren has been an active member of the MPHS Band and playing at Friday night basketball games with the Pep-Band.

Daren was named Physical Science student of the year. He was also a part of the Homecoming Court his sophomore and senior year and was homecoming king his senior year.

Darren plans to work for the railroad as a conductor.

The Senior-of-the-Month program is sponsored by Conaway Handyman Service and Downing, Przykopanski, Clements, & May Insurance Agency, Inc.. They are also in the running for the $500 Senior-of-the-Year award sponsored by Illinois National Bank.
