Oral Communications Contest results announced

Logan County 4-H recently held its annual Oral
Communications Contest. State Contest Representatives selected
included Molly Schempp (Formal Speech), Atlanta; Cavit Schempp
(Illustrated Speech), Atlanta and Stephen Starasta (Illustrated
Speech), Lincoln. All were blue award winners.

Molly Schempp from Atlanta was selected as the top
oral communicator for her Formal speech and received a plaque
sponsored by Country Financial – Joe Ryan.
Additional participants included blue award winner Caroline Ahrends,
Lincoln.
Judges for this year's contests were Logan 4-H Alumni, Kelsi Meeker
and Kenyon Jodlowski.
Oral communication is a life skill taught and
