Upcoming road closure at 1250th

Corwin Township will be replacing a culvert on 1250th Street,
located 1.4 miles east of Middletown near 200th Avenue. The road
will be closed to traffic beginning August 29th. The project will
take 3-4 weeks.
The existing concrete box culvert is in poor condition. The box
culvert will be replaced with a large corrugated metal pipe.
The project was awarded to Ishmael Construction, Inc. located in
Chandlerville, Illinois. The low bid on the project was $48,954. The
cost of the project will be split between Corwin Township and the
Logan County Bridge Fund.
