arrested August 29 at 12:32 p.m. on Keokuk Street on charges of
possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of controlled
substance.
Logan County Sheriff’s Department

Steve D. Stoltz, 53, of Lincoln, arrested
August 30 at 4:45 a.m. at the Logan County Safety Complex on a
Logan County warrant on failure to appear in answer to charge of
driving with a suspended license.
