The Lady Wolverines of West Lincoln Broadwell
will play in the IESA 7th Grade Class 1A State Tournament on
Saturday, December 7, 2019.
West Lincoln Broadwell (26-1) will play Cissna Park (22-0) at
2:30 p.m. at Central A&M Middle School in Assumption. The winner
will play at 6:30 p.m. that evening in the semifinals.
The Lady Wolverines advanced to State by defeating
Roanoke-Benson 61-10 Wednesday night in the Sectional
Championship.
Grace Schneider and Jane Turner each scored 14 points to lead
the Lady Wolverines. Rebecca Burge poured in 11 points for WLB.
