Before then, we’d like to update you about changes we’ve made
since our last open meeting on November 16. Most importantly, we
will not be holding Board elections on the date we had
originally planned. We have been informed by our co-op lawyer
that before elections can be held, all pledges need to be
collected and all stockholders registered with the State of
Illinois. We are working on both these steps, which we believe
will take about one month to complete.
At our upcoming meeting on December 14, we will be discussing details about our
new committee structure and how you may participate.
We will be bringing you up to date about our most recent project timeline and
share a renovation progress report from our Building Committee.
As always, your Interim Board is available to answer any questions concerning
our new community-owned grocery store.
