			William E. Kemp, 69, of Atlanta, formerly of Minneapolis, passed 
			away at 1:55 a.m. on Monday, December 23, 2019, at his home. |

							a.m. at Quiram-Peasley Funeral Home in Atlanta. Service:
							Friday at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home.

							Obituary 
							William E. Kemp, 69, of Atlanta, 
							formerly of Minneapolis, passed away at 1:55 a.m. on 
							Monday, December 23, 2019, at his home.
 Visitation will be on Friday, December 27, 2019, 
							from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. at Quiram-Peasley 
							Funeral Home in Atlanta.
 
 Funeral services for Mr. Kemp will be held on Friday 
							at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home.
 
 Burial will follow at the Atlanta Township Cemetery 
							in Atlanta.
 
 William Eugene Kemp was born May 31, 1950, in Salem, 
							Ill., the son of Gordon and Alta Hines Kemp. He 
							married Barbara Ahlers on July 8, 1978. She preceded 
							him in death on March 9, 2013.

							William is survived by his children: 
							William E. Kemp, Jr. of Arizona, Robert E. Kemp of 
							California, Mandy (Chris) Scranton of Atlanta, and 
							Desiree (Caleb Cline) Hicks of McLean; six 
							grandchildren: Dakota Hardesty, Gabriel Kemp, Carter 
							Hicks, Rebekah Kemp, Adam Kemp, and Ethan Kemp; 
							girlfriend Michelle "Mickey" Hockett, and her 
							daughter, Susie Keegan.
 He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister, 
							and two brothers.
 
 William was a truck driver and land surveyor. He was 
							of the Christian faith.
 
 Memorials may be made to the family.
 
 Final arrangements are entrusted with Quiram-Peasley 
							Funeral Home of Atlanta.
