Mickelson, who fell to 29th after missing the
cut at last week's Waste Management Open, returns to the top 20
for the first time since tying for 48th at last year's U.S.
Open.
The top 10 remained unchanged, with England's Justin Rose
maintaining a comfortable lead over Brooks Koepka. Koepka is
less than five points ahead of good friend Dustin Johnson, who
tied for 45th at Pebble Beach.
England's Paul Casey rose five spots to No. 19 with his
second-place finish Monday.
Jordan Spieth also tied for 45th at Pebble Beach, which caused
him to slide two more spots to No. 23.
Tiger Woods remained No. 13. He will be paired with No. 4 Justin
Thomas and No. 9 Rory McIlroy for the first two rounds of this
week's Genesis Open at Riviera Country Club in Los Angeles.
