An inch of snow on the ground by mid-day Sunday was no excuse for
guests to stay away from the annual 4-H Foundation Spaghetti Dinner
Fundraiser.
At the Knights of Columbus Hall in Lincoln guests came in by the
dozens, there to enjoy a great meal for the cost of donation only.
By noon the donation basket was filling nicely as many dropped in
their fives, tens and twenties on the way to the food line.
Guests enjoyed a heaping mount of pasta with spaghetti sauce and
toasted garlic bread. Salad was offered along with a large selection
of desserts.
In the middle portion of the room the silent auction offered items
donated by local 4-H members as well as supporters of 4-H.
As guests enjoyed plates full of food, they also enjoyed a time of
reconnecting with friends and family and spending time in a relaxed
and happy atmosphere.

The event also featured the annual 4-H recognitions. Logan County 4-H clubs were
called to the stage for club recognitions, as well as several individual
achievement recognitions.
Enjoy the slideshow of the event offered in Lincoln Daily News today, but also
be sure to check out the information and photos provided by Patty Huffer of the
Logan County Extension.
