Obituary
Philip Butler, 77, of Beason passed
away on Tuesday, February 19, 2019 at The Christian
Village in Lincoln.
Philip was born on September 7, 1941 in Decatur, the
son of Charles Butler and Maxine (Patterson) Butler.
He married Joan “Elaine” (Burwell-Lessen) on
September 29, 1984 in Lincoln. She preceded him in
death on July 19, 2017.
Philip is survived by his sons, Brian (Tonjau) Brown
of Colby, KS; and Troy (Jodi) Brown of Goodland, KS;
his six grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren; his
brother, Ricky (Diane) Butler and sister, Arlene
Wolfe. |
He was preceded in death by his
parents, and brother, Larry.
Services for Philip will be held at 11:00 a.m. on
Saturday, February 23, 2019 at
Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in Lincoln.
Burial will follow the services at Harmony Cemetery
in Beason.
