Isabella Wade goes in for two points Friday night versus Olympia. Wade made the TC/SV Holiday All-Tournament Team along with teammates Skylar Hayes and Morgan May.

Mount Pulaski's Skylar Hayes needed just nine points entering the game to score her 2,000th career point and she reached that milestone from the free throw line late in the first quarter. Her two free throws made gave the Lady Toppers a 14-12 advantage over the Spartans and allowed Coach Eric Leever the opportunity to call a timeout so the crowd could briefly acknowledge her accomplishment.

The staff at Tri-City also saved the game ball for her, which is always a very nice gesture. By halftime Mount Pulaski held a commanding 33-22 lead over Olympia. The Lady Toppers remained consistent in the second half and had little trouble putting away the Spartans 57-44.

Skylar Hayes finished with 26 points to lead all scorers. Savanah Moore scored 14 points and Isabella Wade contributed 10 points for Mount Pulaski.
