Women’s Self Defense Clinic - We are
super excited to be working with Yoshuki Alliance to bring us a
Women's Self-Defense Clinic on February 9th, 10:00am; Registration
is open for this course. To register call
the Park District at (2170 732-8770.

Wellness Walk
Wellness Walk during the months of January and February. How far
will you walk? Come in soon to see our chart and get your walking
started. Senior Stride walking fee is free with membership or only
$1.00 a day.
Pickleball “Play Days”
Have you wondered what all the excitement is with pickleball?
Join us for "Play Days" where local players will be present to teach
the rules, demonstrate technique, and get you on the court playing
to see how much FUN pickleball is!
Don't have a paddle? No problem, we have some available to borrow.
Sunday, January 13th & Sunday, January 27th from 2:00pm-3:00pm at
the Park District.
This is for beginners and FREE, must be 18 years of age or older.

Joyful Heart Glass Painting
Tuesday, January 15th from 5:30pm-7:30pm at the Park District.
You can design your very own heart glass painting!
$30 per-person and must be 12 years of age or older.
Please register by Friday, January 11th.
Sweetheart Dance
Sunday, February 10th
1:00-3:00pm at the Lincoln Park District
Come one, come all! Join us for our parent/child (ages 3-12)
Sweetheart Dance!
Cost is $5 per-person.

30-minute sessions for tenor saxophone, trombone, beginning piano,
guitar and electric bass!
4:30pm-6:30pm

Age: 6-13 years old
$15 per-session

Music lessons for children age six to thirteen taught by students in
the Lincoln College Contemporary Jazz Program under the supervision
of Jazz Studies lead faculty Denise La Grassa. LC Contemporary Jazz
students will customize lessons for everyone from first-time
beginners learning to read music to the more intermediate player
interested in beginning improvisation skills. Music lessons will be
offered to students interested in learning: tenor saxophone,
trombone, beginning piano, guitar and electric bass!
