Blue Apron to include Beyond Meat burgers on menus

[July 16, 2019]  (Reuters) - Meal kit delivery company Blue Apron Holdings Inc <APRN.N> said on Tuesday its menus would feature plant-based proteins from Beyond Meat Inc <BYND.O>.

The recipes will be included on Blue Apron's Signature Two-Serving Plan starting August.

They will include the 'Beyond Burger', a four-ounce patty with 20 grams of plant-based protein, which does not contain genetically modified organisms, soy, or gluten, the company said.
