			Beginning Thursday May 2, 2019, the Landscape Waste Facility located 
			at 957 Broadwell Dr. will be open Wednesday through Sunday from 
			8:00A a.m. to  3:50 p.m. The extended days of operation are to 
			accommodate citizens of Lincoln during spring yard clean up. The 
			facility will return to its regular Wednesday and Saturday schedule 
			after Sunday June 2, 2019. 
			The Street department will have a loader on site to load mulch or 
			mulch dirt on Wednesdays from 9:00AM to 11:00 AM during this period.
 City Staff would also like to remind citizens of the rules and 
			guidelines for using this facility
 
 City of Lincoln Landscape Waste Facility Rules
 
				
				
				There is NO DUMPING ALLOWED unless an attendant is on duty
				This 
				facility is for the citizens of Lincoln whom live within the 
				city limits.
				No 
				waste will be accepted from outside the city limits of Lincoln.
				
				Anyone caught bringing waste from outside the city limits will 
				be banned on the first offense.

				Anyone who is doing mowing, tree removal or landscaping for hire 
				is to be considered a contractor and is required to report this 
				to the attendant and will be charged accordingly.
				The 
				attendant has the right to ask for a photo ID. With the address 
				of the person which the waste is generated. 
			
			 
				
				All 
				loads MUST BE FREE OF ANY LITTER OR GARBAGE NO MATTER HOW BIG OR 
				SMALL. Including but not limited to plastic bags, Styrofoam, 
				plastic, metal, concrete or any other construction waste.
				The 
				attendant has the right to reject any or all loads coming into 
				the facility.
				
				Anyone caught dumping prohibited items will be banned from using 
				the facility.
				
				Waste brought to the facility in plastic trash bags or cans must 
				be emptied and taken away and disposed of by person using them 
				to transport waste.
				
				Limbs, brush and logs must be cut into lengths of not more than 
				4 feet.
