In a last minute
decision, United Hoops brought its Spring Championships Tournament
to Lincoln.
A number of local talent were on the courts over the weekend
including West Lincoln-Broadwell eighth grade girls as seen in play
against 'Game Seven Legacy 8' at Central at 1 p.m. on Sunday.
Games were taking place all over town all day long on Saturday and
Sunday. Over at Lincoln Junior High it was seventh grade boys, 'YMCA
Flyers - Hubbard' playing Versatile.
It takes a lot of people to run a game, from entry, scorers,
concessions, referees, and that's just at game time, then many more
behind the scenes, setting up and clean up.
