Lincoln Legion to host flag burning ceremony on Flag Day, this Friday

[June 12, 2019]   LINCOLN - The Lincoln American Legion Post 263 will host a flag burning ceremony on Friday, June 14th, on Flag Day, on the back lawn at the post.

The event will begin at 10:30 a.m. weather permitting.  In the event of inclement weather or high winds the ceremony will be rescheduled to another time.

Anyone with worn, torn, or tattered American Flags is welcome to bring the flags for the ceremony.
