support upcoming Mount Pulaski Fall Festival

[June 24, 2019]
Each year the businesses within the Mount Pulaski community and
Logan County are given the opportunity to participate in supporting
Mount. Pulaski's Fall Festival.
This year the Hilltop Club and new Fall Festival committee are
excited to continue traditional activities as well as hopefully
bring new opportunities for all ages to enjoy.
If you have participated in the past, it is appreciated and the
committee looks forward to working with you again. If you have not,
please consider helping sponsor this very important event to bring
families, friends and visitors to town this year.
There will be several fundraising opportunities between now and
September. Those fundraisers are essential to being able to provide
a fun, festive event and we need the support of everyone to make
those fundraisers as well as the fall festival a success.
This year the committee is offering sponsorship opportunities.
Sponsorships will be available on four levels and four price ranges
to help fit the budget of everyone.
Sponsorships will be Gold, Silver and Bronze along with a Friends of
the Fall Festival sponsorship. To learn more about the various
sponsorship packages please contact Megan Neaville at 217-828-0208
or email her at nutmeg69l2
@gmail.com.

In addition to Sponsorships the committee is also offering merchandise donation
opportunities. The donation of services, merchandise or gift certificate will be
put together for either silent auctions or raffles to help fund the events that
the committee wishes to book for the weekend.
There will also be volunteer opportunities for everyone. Volunteers are
essential to running successful events and when volunteers are not available,
the committee has to start narrowing down what it can offer. Please consider
volunteering so that the overall plan for the weekend will be well staffed and
enjoyable for all.
Finally, the committee is interested in hearing what you have to say. If you
have an idea for something new and interesting, the committee would like to hear
from you. Contanct Megan Neaville or any other member of the Hill Top Club or
Fall Festival committee as your first step for cultivating that good idea into a
great offering at the Mount Pulaski Fall Festival.
To help you understand the financial commitment of hosting the fall festival,
below is a list of some of the costs involved in the weekend. Anyone who wishes
to sponsor or help sponsor a specific event can also contact the committee to
discuss this further.
