Lincoln Police Department

  • Mattingly, Jeffery C., 20, of Lincoln, arrested March 2 at 2:43 p.m. in the 700 block of Woodlawn Road on charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.  

  • Pendleton, Marvin D., 55, of Bloomington, arrested March 3 at 9:44 p.m. in the 100 block of Chicago Street on a Winnebago County warrant. 

  • Porter, Brandon K., 20, of Macomb, arrested March 2 at 2:17 p.m. in the 800 block of Malerich Drive on charge of retail theft. 

  • Power, Eric L., 42, of Lincoln, arrested March 2 at 7:42 p.m. on Fifth Street at College Street on Menard County warrant. 

  • Rhoades, Brandon L., 30, of Germantown Hills, arrested March 2 at 11:21 p.m. on Burlington Streets at Kickapoo Street on charges of possession of controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and Woodford County warrant.

  • Sheets, Brian E., 55, of Bloomington, arrested March 3 at 12:14 a.m. on Kickapoo Street at Burlington Street on charges of possession of controlled substance and obstructing justice.

  • Winsor, Shannen M., 39, of Lincoln, arrested March 1 at 11:20 p.m. at his residence for offenses related to motor vehicles.

Logan County Sheriff’s Department

  • Conkrite, James E., 33, of Mount Pulaski, arrested March 2 at 8:45 p.m. on Route 54 at 400th Street on charge of no valid driver’s license. 

  • Horn, John W., 38, of Atlanta, arrested March 2 at 1:01 a.m. on 1250th Avenue at 2100th Street on charge of driving with a revoked license.

  • Davis, Tyler M., 22, of San Jose, arrested March 2 at 2:17 p.m. on Third Street at Walnut Street, San Jose, on charges of resisting/obstructing a peace officer, possession of controlled substance, and manufacture or delivery of controlled substance.

Atlanta, Elkhart, Illinois Department of Natural Resources, Illinois State Police, Mount Pulaski, Mason City, New Holland
