ESPN reported Thursday the Bears are in
dialogue with multiple teams about trading the running back, who
was reportedly offered in deals on draft day 2018.
Suitors approached the Bears about making a trade for Howard at
the NFL Scouting Combine last week, Adam Schefter reported
Thursday.
Howard, 24, is entering the final season of his rookie contract.
A fifth-round pick (Indiana) in 2016, Howard rushed for 1,313
yards and scored seven touchdowns as a rookie.
He had 1,122 rushing yards and nine touchdowns in 2017, with 935
yards and nine more TDs this past season.
