[March 14, 2019]    When it comes to fresh and value-added food products and the regional food supply chain, we want to find out who is doing what (production, aggregation, processing, distributing, purchasing) what we are missing, and what next steps we can take to make it possible to supply Greater Peoria's own groceries and institutions with more regionally produced foods.

Here at the GPEDC we want to find out the best ways to support this development.

Join as at this Farm Forum to discuss challenges and opportunities, and be part of a team that will take ACTION to increase production and purchasing of, and access to, local/regional foods.
