LINCOLN
Clint Cook, son of John and Deb Cook, was named February Student of
the Month for the Automotive Technology program at the Lincolnland
Technical Education Center.
Clint is a senior at Lincoln Community High School and a second year
automotive technology student. Mr. Jon Graber, instructor, selected
Clint for his outstanding ability. Mr. Graber says he could tell
from the start that Clint had the aptitude and ability to be in the
field of automotive work. Clint picks up very quickly and always
wants jobs to push his ability and work out of his comfort zone to
learn new things. He will take on the jobs that others shy away from
because they are not easy and not clean. Clint is a hard working
student that can be trusted to work independently. He has the
confidence to try new tasks and has a positive attitude that is very
refreshing to see. He goes over and beyond in his work.
Mr. Graber goes on to say that Clint will be missed in the shop
after this school year and that where ever he goes or whoever he
works for will be gaining a true asset and will be getting one great
worker. “I am happy he is going into the automobile field and I wish
him the best.”
