transform public spaces into community fitness hubs and make first

The April 3 training will include how to use each of the seven
stations including an easy, medium & hard variation. In addition,
they will be trained on how to use the accompanying app that offers
free routines, fitness court challenges and nationwide contest
opportunities. Ambassadors will receive free shirts upon completion
of the training and have the confidence and knowledge to help others
