A new shelter and
board walk sits at a high point overlooking Sugar Creek. The story
board illustrates erosion issues and potential solutions. Many feet
of valuable top soil are lost all along the edge of the creek every
year. Erosion not only contributes sedimentation reaching into the
Gulf, it is also means loss of valuable farm land. Creekside is
committed to trying to find solutions to creek erosion and other
environmental issues.
