On Friday, May 3rd,
the Hartsburg-Emden FFA hosts its annual Hartem Ag Day at the high
school. Students in grades kindergarten through fifth were invited
to participate in the activities geared toward educating youth on
the importance of agriculture in their daily lives.
Among the activities were lessons on tractor safety with safety
warning demonstrations, petting zoo and agricultural arts and
crafts.
