Cronin Brothers VFW to host Veteran's Day services in Lincoln

[November 06, 2019]  On Monday, November 11, 2019, Cronin Brothers VFW Post 1756 will again host a Veterans Day ceremony at the Freedom Hall Event Center, 915 5th St, Lincoln.

The program is scheduled to run from 10:30 to 11:00 a.m.

This year, Captain Jessica Serafini of the U.S. Airforce will address the crowd. The entire community is invited to attend. Bring the family to this special commemorative ceremony celebrating veterans’ service to our country.

During the ceremony, we will recognize our brothers and sisters who have passed on in the last year, and there will be three-shot volley salute.

The ceremony is a great way to remind people of this special holiday and to pay tribute to local veterans.

Immediately following the service, the VFW will serve their traditional ham and bean lunch

The event is sponsored by the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1756 and their Auxiliary.
