 The current copay of $25.00 has now been waived due
to increase funding from the VAC, SIU and a grant. A veteran can now
receive a basic annual exam, x-rays and cleaning with no out of
pocket expense.
SIU dental has added a second
Dentist to the Logan County Program to handle the increase of
veteran patients. SIU recognizes that good
oral health provides a person a better opportunity to have a
healthier life. In the event that further treatments are needed SIU
can provide a sliding scale rate.

To obtain your voucher prior to making an appointment
contact the Logan County Veteran Assistance Commission office at
217-732-8388. Then contact SIU at 217-735-2317 located within the
Logan County Board of Public Health building located at 109 3rd St.
Lincoln.
