- Roy Dean Jackson, 91, of Chestnut, passed away at
4:15 p.m. on Tuesday November 5, 2019 at Vonderlieth Living Center
in Mount Pulaski.

Obituary
Roy Dean Jackson, 91, of Chestnut,
passed away at 4:15 p.m. on Tuesday November 5, 2019
at Vonderlieth Living Center in Mount Pulaski.
Roy was born on November 21, 1927 in Mount Pulaski
to Abner and Elizabeth (Ophardt) Jackson. He married
Norma Lee Spillman on August 13, 1950 in Mount
Pulaski. She survives.
Also surviving is one daughter, Joni (Dave) Bauer of
Mount Pulaski and two brothers, Earl and George
Jackson. He was preceded in death by a son Hal
Douglas Jackson, one grandson Douglas Letterle and
two brothers James and Lester. |
Roy was a retired farmer and an Air
Force Veteran.
Cremation rites will be accorded for Roy. Burial at
Mount Pulaski Cemetery will be held at a later date.
Services are entrusted to Fricke-Calvert-Schrader
Funeral Home in Mount Pulaski.
