LINCOLN
- Cody Adams, son of Paul and Kari Adams was named November Student
of the Month for the Criminal Justice Program at the Lincolnland
Technical Education Center. Cody is a senior at Lincoln Community
High School.
Larry Smith, instructor, says that Cody is an
excellent student and a fine young man.

Cody has been raised in a law enforcement family, and
has set a goal to become a police officer. Cody has an impeccable
work ethic and he excels in the classroom. Mr. Smith goes on to say
that Cody is suited to become a police officer, as he has a great
sense of honesty, fair play, as well as the determination to achieve
his goals. He has the qualities that are needed by all criminal
justice professionals especially being a person of integrity. Cody
has bright and exciting future ahead of him. Our society needs more
good people like Cody to become police officers in the criminal
justice field.
Cody has participated in band, track, bass fishing team, and swim
team. Cody is currently the captain of the swim team.

Cody plans to attend college in the fall and major in computer
science & minor in criminal justice.
Cody received a $50 from the Kiwanis Club of Lincoln who sponsors this award and
honored him at a noon luncheon.
