Everyone in the community is invited to gather at the
Route 66 Park in downtown Atlanta to light the town’s Christmas tree
and sing several carols.
Afterwards, cookies and cider will be served upstairs
in the Library’s Union Hall Building. And, of course, Mr. & Mrs.
Claus will be on hand. Students from Olympia South Elementary School
have been invited to create ornaments to hang on the Community
Christmas Tree for this event.
Everyone is welcome to contribute an ornament, if they wish.
We hope you will join us for this traditional start to the Christmas holiday
season in Atlanta.
