REALTORS in the Logan Board of REALTORS® sold 88 homes in the
third quarter of 2019, ten fewer than the 98 sold during the
same period in 2018.
The average selling price for homes in the 2019 period was
$103,571, down from $105,495 in 2018. Median prices were down as
well, $88,000 compared to $90,795.
The length of time that the average home was on the market was longer with the
average "Days on Market" in 2019 160 days. This was fifty one days shorter that
the same period in 2018.
