On Wednesday, the
fourth grade students at Northwest School were treated to a pizza
party by Karen Hargis of Lincoln Daily News. The pizza served as a
reward for a very lovely thing the students did for the Pink Pumpkin
Fundraiser Auction earlier this month.
The backdrop was designed and constructed by Mrs. Dietrich and Mrs.
Miller's classes. Auction winners had the opportunity to have an
official photo taken with the item they won as they stood in front
of the backdrop.
The students created a black base with pink paper pumpkins scattered
all around. At the bottom, each student signed his or her name. The
display was amazing, and it added a lot to the auction event. Thanks
to all the students and their teachers!
