            |  Guest speaker at the 4-H 
			International Fest was Grace Lessen, a senior at Lincoln Community 
			High School and member of Cloverdale 4-H. She leads the audience on 
			a tour of her time in Costa Rica as an exchange student. Costa Rica 
			is in Central America bounded on the south by Panama and the north 
			by Nicaragua.

			ensemble that performed traditional Costa Rican dances.
 
 
  Cloverdale Club members discuss the food of Nepal. They prepared 
			Nepalese dumplings for everyone to enjoy.

			Haitian food they prepared including orange cake, rice and beans, 
			and plantain porridge.

			England with bangers and mash, traditional English tea, and 
			Sheppard’s pie.

			 Caroline represented the Chester Club and talks about the fried 
			plantain she prepared as part of her Costa Rican presentation. She 
			had to travel to Peoria to find the fruit. Caroline spent a month in 
			Costa Rica on a 4-H scholarship.

			 The unique food from the different countries was a big hit with the 
			parents and friends of the 4-H members.
