Early Registration for ALMH Run/Walk
Time is running out; register by September 4th

[September 03, 2019]  On Saturday, September 21, the Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital Run/Walk will take place at 8am at Edward Madigan State Park. The event features 5K and 10K options and will take place rain or shine. This is a chip-timed and course certified event.

The $25-30 registration fee includes a race shirt. Prizes will be awarded to the top finishers in a variety of age divisions. A free 200-yard kid dash will be held at 7:30am offering small prizes for all participants 10 and under. A free chip-timed 1-mile run will also take place following the kid dash for youth ages 6-13. Runners and walkers of all fitness levels and ages can register now online at ALMH.org.

“I hope that this event encourages people of all fitness levels to get moving towards good health,” said Dolan Dalpoas, president and CEO of Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital.

The early registration deadline is approaching on September 4. The registration fee will increase $5 after the deadline and shirts will only be available at the event for participants who register by September 4.
