LCDPH to offer food
safety classes

The Logan County Department of Public Health (LCDPH) is offering the
first of many ANSI-accredited Food Safety Manager Certification courses
through the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals on Monday,
September 30, 2019.

LCDPH plans to offer these courses on an on-going basis. The class
and exam will be held in the health department’s main conference
room.
The fee for the course and exam is $125.00 and is due upon
registration. Registration forms can be picked up at the health
department, requested through e-mail at fallison@lcdph.org or found
on the environmental health/food protection section of their website
at WWW.LCDPH.ORG.
The registration form (one per applicant) and applicable fee must
be submitted to the Logan County Department of Public Health no
later than September 16, 2019.
Registration can be dropped off at the health department front desk
or mailed to Logan County Department of Public Health, 109 3rd St.,
Lincoln, IL 62656.

On the day of class, students must bring their receipt to verify payment and
enrollment at the time of registration. If a student cannot provide this, he/she
may not be permitted to participate. All students must also provide a valid
photo ID.
