Wood Brothers Racing made the announcement
Tuesday, adding that Matt DiBenedetto will join the team and
drive the No. 21 Ford Mustang beginning in 2020.
Menard, 39, has spent 13 full-time seasons on the track, and his
final appearance at Homestead Miami Speedway will be his 471st
start.
He won the 2011 Brickyard 400.
"I've enjoyed every moment of my career racing in the NASCAR Cup
Series and I'm so thankful for all the great memories and
friendships I've made through this sport. But I'm looking
forward to spending more time at home with my wife Jennifer and
our two young children while moving forward with the next
chapter of my life," Menard said in a statement.
DiBenedetto, 28, has earned six top 10 finishes in the past 11
races, including three in the top five.
