Jenny Rogers of Clinton has been named the September Abraham Lincoln
Memorial Hospital Colleague of the Month.
Rogers serves as a charge nurse in the emergency department at
Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital in Lincoln. She has worked at ALMH
for nine years. She holds an associate degree in nursing from

Rogers responds to all rapid response calls throughout the hospital,
reviews lab cultures, and works with her team to brainstorm
solutions to problems throughout the day.
“Every day can be very different in the emergency department but
overall we work together to give our patients the best care,” said
Rogers. It is clear that she enjoys her position and working at
ALMH.

“ALMH offers a lot of great programs for this community and always comes up with
new things to better the community. There are a lot of great people who work
here. And because we are a smaller hospital, it really does feel like a family,”
said Rogers.
She was nominated by a colleague to recognize her positive attitude and
dedication to patient advocacy and staff safety.
ALMH is a 25-bed critical access hospital located at 200 Stahlhut Drive in
Lincoln, Illinois and is an affiliate of Memorial Health System. For more
