Lincoln Woman's Club gathering donations for Operation Santa
Support our troops on October 2nd

[September 26, 2019]   LINCOLN - Lincoln Woman's Club will be participating in "Operation Santa" for our troops again this year, making stockings and writing a personal note on a card for each sock.

On Wednesday, Oct. 2 from 10:00 am to 2 pm if you would like to send some holiday cheer to active military personnel, please bring donations to the building at 230 N. McLean in Lincoln that day.

Items needed are listed below:

• * Crew socks--black

• * Beef jerky sticks--short, individually wrapped

• Gum--punch-out foil type

• Protein cereal bars

• Packets of instant soup, hot chocolate, drink sticks

• Travel size--toothpaste, lip balm, pocket tissues, shampoo, conditioner, lotion,
  foot powder, dental floss, toothbrushes (regular)

• Travel size--games, deck of cards, small puzzle books

• Canine Troops--chew toys, treats

• Postage--for shipping; checks "Operation Santa," Lincoln Woman's Club
