Obituary
Dolores J. Ludlam, 90, of Atlanta
passed away on Wednesday, March 25, 2020 at OSF. St.
Joseph Medical Center in Bloomington.
Private Graveside services will be held at the
Atlanta Cemetery with Mr. Dave Harmon officiating.
A Celebration of her Life will be held at a later
date.
Dolores Jene Ludlam was born on December 25, 1929 in
Middletown, the daughter of Ancle Albert and Ella
Gladys Boyer Frakes. She was united in marriage to
Leonard C. Ludlam on January 11, 1970. He preceded
her in death on October 9, 1980.
She is survived by her son Dana (Penny) Carter,
Stepchildren: Marsha (Paul) Hindman, Shelly (John
Ford) Buettner, Grandchildren: Christy (Scott)
O’Neill, Jeremy Carter, Samantha (Adam) Nagrocki,
Jennifer (Luey) Garcia, Misha (Andy) Egan, Preston
Hindman, Daniel (Fernanda) Carter, Logan (Cami)
Buettner.
Great grandchildren: Finn, Grace,
Collin, Remington, Lottie, Layla, Jeremy, Sammy,
Daniel. |
She was preceded in death by one
daughter: Susan Carter, one son: David Carter, one
sister: Jacqueline
Sullivan, one brother: Don Frakes. One grandson:
Joshua Hodo.
Dolores graduated from the Middletown High School in
1948.
She is a member of Atlanta Christian Church, Foster
Grandparents, Royal Neighbors and Veteran’s of
Foreign War Auxiliary.
Memorials may be made to her family.
